Ed Rendell
Rendell has definitely created a unique way of raising money. Also, let it be known that since his taxing from casino's will help reduce crime, less money may be spent on law enforcement. Taxing little things like that will all add up and eventually help the troubled economy.

The holistic view on Marijuana Laws
Why would legalizing marijuana be beneficial for America?
1. Economy. The money raised from taxing the product would make marijuana a multi BILLION dollar industry.
2. Farmers. Yes, farmers are being devastated by this economy, and introducing a new successful industry would boost their income.
3. Crimes and Prisons. Not only would legalizing marijuana decrease the crime rate in this country, but it would mean that there would be fewer victimless crimes. Since we are running out of room in our prisons across the country, it would be beneficial to our jail system to exclude some marijuana related instances.
